What is the deal with the Mitt Romney Tax Returns? Why are the Mitt Romney Tax Returns so important?... And where are they? Well depending on who you ask, the answer to these questions vary.

To some Mitt's personal earnings and whether or not he paid the correct amount of taxes is irrelevant. They think there are bigger issues than a few financial documents. To others it's a matter of trust. People want to know that a man who is running a campaign that relies heavily on his financial prowess should have a history of success within the lines of the law to back it up.

No matter who you are we can all agree that being able to trust the future president of the United States of America is a must. The Mitt Romney tax returns still have not been released. Sure we have some financial documents and we have the 2010 and estimated 2011, but we don't have anything from before that. To compound this problem the Romney camp has said they will not release any more tax information.

Some are speculating it is because he may not have paid his fair share to the Mormon church. Of course no one can do more than just speculate until the Romney's agree to put it all out on the table like Barack Obama did with his birth certificate.

Although Mitt has released a number of finical documents over the years he has not released any tax returns before 2010. If Mitt Romney has nothing to hide then why not just release the papers. Instead he has released a number of other finical documents and pointed out that he often gives money to charities, but none of these are answering the question they are just giving us other financial documents to placate us.
